Basic Kitchen's "Beet Margarita"

Just in time for Cinco de Mayo, one of our favorite Charleston restaurants, Basic Kitchen, shares with us a margarita recipe that is anything but basic.
Beet Margarita

1.5 oz Esplon Blanco Tequila
1 oz lime juice
1 oz orange juice
1 oz agave 

Shake all ingredients and single strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass with a half salted rim. Garnish with a lime wheel and pour some beet juice over the lime wheel. If local to Charleston, use Basic Kitchen's Beets by BK juice which includes apple, beets, cucumbers, lemon and carrots. Enjoy!
