Ever since The Moment launched earlier this year, we haven't been able to get enough of Laney Crowell's insight on all things beauty. These simple tips will not only make your breakfast more beautiful, but also help make you more beautiful from the inside out.

If you normally have green tea, try...

adding a splash of homemade coconut mylk and a teaspoon (or more) of unfiltered raw honey. Accent with a pretty gold spoon or dried flower petals.

If you normally have coffee, try...

adding homemade almond or coconut mylk and a big spoonful of coconut sugar to make a healthy version of Vietnamese coffee. Use cold brew and serve over big, cubical coconut water ice cubes if it's hot outside. 

If you normally have a smoothie, try...

If you normally have eggs, try..

scrambling your eggs and top with a dollop of crème fraîche and chopped herbs for a decadent twist.

If you normally have yogurt and granola, try...

swapping out your normal yogurt for sheep's milk yogurt. If you have time, strain it the night before so it has a greek yogurt-like consistency. Sweeten with honey if desired and top with fresh berries and a sprig of mint.
