When does the Black Friday Sale start and end?

Our sale starts on 11/23/2020 at 8 AM EST and ends at 11:59 PM PST on 11/27/2020.

Can I make a change to my order?

After an order has been placed, no changes can be made. Please review your order carefully when checking out.

Can I return or exchange items I bought during the sale?

Sale items can be returned for store credit only. No refunds or exchanges. Store credit will be issued for the purchase price. Any sale item marked Final Sale cannot be returned. All sale returns must be requested by January 11th.

When can I expect my purchase?

Due to high order volume, please expect a delay in order fulfillment. We hope to have all sale orders shipped within six business days. Expedited shipping is not offered during the sale.

Help! I missed the sale. Can I get the discount?

Please note that we have a Black Friday sale every year. Add it to your calendar, and be sure to check your email during those times. Unfortunately, sale prices cannot be applied to orders placed after the sale has ended.

Are your stores open?

We’re so excited to welcome you into our Atlanta & Charleston stores, and we want you to know that we’re taking every precaution to ensure the safety of our customers and our staff. Here are the details:

  • All store employees will be wearing masks
  • Hand sanitizer will be provided at the door and checkout
  • All garments will be cleaned after having entered a dressing room
  • Dressing rooms and checkout areas will be sanitized between each customer

When will my order ship?

Orders placed on weekdays ship within one to two business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free 2-day shipping on all US orders over $50, but please note, our shipping carriers are currently experiencing occasional delays.

My tracking number says my order was delivered, but I cannot find my package. What do I do?

Please email us at as soon as possible, so we can assist you in locating your package.

I am ordering a pre-order item. Will I be charged for the item upfront?

Yes, you will be charged for the full price of the item when you place your order.

I ordered a pre-order item. When will it ship?

If you ordered a pre-order Poplin pajama set, your item(s) will ship the week of November 29th. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your item has shipped.

Do you offer sales and promotions?

Yes, we typically have three sales every year - an Annual Sale, Summer Sale, and Black Friday Sale. Follow us on Instagram @lakepajamas or subscribe to our newsletter for updates on promotions. Please note that our system allows for the use of only one promo code during checkout and promo codes cannot be applied to items on sale.

Do you price match if an item goes on sale after my purchase?

LAKE does not offer post-purchase price adjustments.

Will you apply a promotion to a past purchase?

Promotions cannot be applied to past orders.

Do you offer international shipping?

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, Australia, Bahamas, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and United Kingdom. International orders are shipped on a delivery duty paid (DDP) basis therefore international shipping costs, duties, and taxes are calculated at checkout and charged when the order is placed. Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable, and we do not provide return labels for international orders at this time.

I am ordering LAKE pajamas for a gift. How do I enclose a gift message?

Please follow the instructions during checkout to include a gift message on the packing slip. We do not offer a gift receipt option, but we do not include pricing information in any shipments so the gift recipient will not see those details.

What size am I?

How do you recommend caring for LAKE pajamas?

Machine wash with like colors on the delicate cycle in cold water. Do not use bleach or OxyClean. Lay flat to dry. Your pajamas should be treated as a delicate and should not be washed with heavy items such as jeans and towels. Washing as directed will extend the life of your garment.

Should I expect my LAKE Pima pajamas to shrink?

Yes, as with all 100% cotton clothing, you can expect shrinking. Machine drying will increase the degree of shrinking and is not recommended. Your pajamas should have a relaxed, comfortable fit when new. We typically recommend sizing up if you feel you are between sizes. 

I work at a retail store, and we are interested in carrying LAKE. Are you open to wholesaling to other stores?

We do not offer wholesale ordering.
