Do you price match if an item goes on sale after my purchase?

LAKE does not offer post-purchase price adjustments.

Will you apply a promotion to a past purchase?

Promotions cannot be applied to past orders.

Can I return an item I purchased on sale?

Sale items can be returned for store credit only. No refunds or exchanges. Store credit will be issued for the purchase price. Any sale item marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of receipt. We offer an extended returns policy during the holidays. All holiday returns received by January 15, 2020 will be eligible for store credit. Returns should be accompanied by a completed returns form. A returns form is included in each shipment, and a blank returns form can be printed off here. You will be issued a refund or store credit for your return. We do not offer an exchange option. Store credit is issued as a gift card to the email address noted on the returns form. Promotional items can be returned for store credit only. No refunds or exchanges. Any sale item marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

Pajamas can be returned to the address below. Returns are typically processed within two weeks of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please include a completed returns form in your shipment.

Do you offer international shipping?

We do not offer international shipping at this time. 

I am ordering LAKE pajamas for a gift. How do I enclose a gift message?

Please follow the instructions during checkout to include a gift message on the packing slip. We do not offer a gift receipt option, but we do not include pricing information in any shipments so the gift recipient will not see those details.

How do you recommend caring for LAKE pajamas?

Machine wash with like colors on the delicate cycle in cold water. Lay flat to dry. Your pajamas should be treated as a delicate and should not be washed with heavy items such as jeans and towels. Washing as directed will extend the life of your garment.

Should I expect my LAKE Pima pajamas to shrink?

Yes, as with all 100% cotton clothing, you can expect shrinking. Machine drying will increase the degree of shrinking and is not recommended. Your pajamas should have a relaxed, comfortable fit when new. We typically recommend sizing up if you feel you are between sizes. 

I work at a retail store, and we are interested in carrying LAKE. Are you open to selling in other stores?

We do not offer wholesale ordering.
