LAKE holds an Annual Sale each year. The Annual Sale runs for one week, and this year's sale will be held February 18-24, 2019. Inventory typically moves quickly, so please shop early for the best selection. After an order has been placed, there will be no order changes. This includes address changes, size or style changes, and order cancellations. We do our best to accommodate order changes during other times, but unfortunately, this just isn't possible during sales periods. Please expect a slight delay in order fulfillment. We hope to get most orders shipped within 4 business days. Expedited shipping is not offered during the Annual Sale. Please take note of the sale dates, as we do not offer post-purchase price adjustments and sale prices cannot be applied to orders placed after the sale has ended. We accept returns of unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of receipt. We offer an extended returns policy during the holidays. If the 30 day window is exceeded, holiday returns must be received by January 15, 2019 to be eligible for store credit. Returns should be accompanied by a completed returns form. A returns form is included in each shipment, and a blank returns form can be printed off here. You will be issued a refund or store credit for your return. We do not offer an exchange option. Store credit is issued as a gift card to the email address noted on the returns form. Promotional items can be returned for store credit only. No refunds or exchanges. Machine wash with like colors on the delicate cycle in cold water. Lay flat to dry. Your pajamas should be treated as a delicate and should not be washed with heavy items such as jeans and towels. Washing as directed will extend the life of your garment.
Yes, as with all 100% cotton clothing, you can expect shrinking. Machine drying will increase the degree of shrinking and is not recommended. Your pajamas should have a relaxed, comfortable fit when new. We typically recommend sizing up if you feel you are between sizes.
