Description
Woven with thermoregulating 37.5® Technology, BalanceKnit™ combines cooling and insulating properties to naturally regulate your temperature and help support deeper, more consistent sleep. Designed to adapt alongside your body's changing needs throughout the night, it helps you stay comfortably balanced from bedtime to morning.
The set features a short-sleeve crew-neck top and shorts with a comfortable elastic waistband. Contrast seam details throughout. Pictured in Syrah, a garnet red with heathered light taupe and blue accents. Made from 57% cotton, 38% polyester, and 5% spandex featuring 37.5® Technology.
Size and Fit
Fits true to size. Clothing should have a relaxed, comfortable fit when new. Note that garments that are a cotton blend will shrink slightly when washed. The shorts feature a 2 1/2” inseam. The model is 5'7" and wears a XS.
Care Guide
Care for your garment by machine washing with like colors in cold water to prevent fading. Use a mild soap on delicate cycle. Never use chlorine bleach or Oxyclean. Lay flat to dry.

My favorite Lake sets are the Dream Modal - I love the light, silky fabric, soft waistband and generous fit. This set is comfortable, but I feel that the fit could use some tweaks. I wish the top were longer (I don't like that it rides up when I lift my arms), and that the waistband of the shorts were softer and less "athletic shorts". It feels more like a lounge set than pajamas to me - but the fit is such that I wouldn't feel comfortable lounging in a group setting in it.
