Our Returns Policy
Please read our policy carefully to ensure your return meets our policy. Returns that violate our policy will be refused and sent back to you.
We gladly accept returns of unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of purchase, as follows:
- Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are eligible for store credit only.
- Final Sale Items: Items marked final sale are nonrefundable and cannot be returned.
- Gift Boxes: Gift boxes are nonrefundable and cannot be returned.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are nonrefundable and cannot be returned.
Items received that are damaged, soiled, or show signs of washing or wear, will be refused and sent back to you. Returns cannot be processed after 30 days.
Shipping fees are nonrefundable. For international orders, shipping fees, duties and taxes are nonrefundable.
We offer gift cards for all gift returns within 30 days of purchase.
We offer free exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please select the item you're returning, and you'll be prompted to select a new size. Print your return label and ship back your return order. As soon as your return is scanned by USPS, your exchange order will be placed. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange.

Return and Exchange Instructions
1. Read the policy above and check that your return is within the 30-day return window. We only accept returns within 30 days of purchase. The return shipping fee is $7.00 if returning for a refund and $5.00 if returning for store credit. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. We offer free shipping on exchanges.

3. You will receive your shipping label and confirmation via email. If in good condition, please use the original bag for your return to reduce waste.

For US customers, we recommend that you use our prepaid return label for timely processing. For international customers or US customers who choose not to use our prepaid return shipping label, please follow the instructions below.
1. Read the policy above and check that your return is within the 30-day return window. We only accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
2. Repackage your items securely and include the original packing slip with your contact information and desired return resolution of refund or store credit. If you do not have the original packing slip, please include the order number. If the required information is not included in the package, there will be a delay in processing your return.

4. Select a trackable return shipping method and keep a copy of the tracking number for your records. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
We process online returns in store. Visit your local LAKE store with the original receipt or packing slip.
If you used our prepaid return label, you will receive an email when we receive your return. Returns are typically processed within 14 business days of receipt, and you will receive an email when your refund or store credit has been issued. Please note, refunds may take up to five business days to reflect on your account due to varying processing times by payment providers.
If you did not use our pre-paid return label, please allow up to four weeks for processing. For international returns, we cannot be held responsible for returns delayed by customs.
