How do you recommend caring for LAKE Pajamas?
Machine wash with like colors on the delicate cycle in cold water. Do not use bleach or OxyClean. Lay flat to dry. Your pajamas should be treated as a delicate and should not be washed with heavy items such as jeans and towels. Washing as directed will extend the life of your garment.
Should I expect my LAKE Pima Pajamas to shrink?
Yes, as with all 100% cotton clothing, you can expect shrinking. Machine drying will increase the degree of shrinking and is not recommended. Your pajamas should have a relaxed, comfortable fit when new. We typically recommend sizing up if you feel you are between sizes.
When can I expect my purchase?
Due to high order volume, please expect a delay in order fulfillment. We hope to have all sale orders shipped within 10 business days.
Typical transit times for orders being shipped within the continental U.S. is 3-7 transit days. UPS does not consider weekends as transit days. Orders shipping to non-continental U.S. addresses have longer transit times. These orders can take up to four weeks to be delivered.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $50. Orders placed with free standard shipping will be delivered by UPS or USPS. Transit time for free standard shipping is anywhere from three to seven days depending on the shipment destination.
Do you offer international shipping?
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, Australia, Bahamas, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and United Kingdom. International orders are shipped on a delivery duty paid (DDP) basis therefore international shipping costs, duties, and taxes are calculated at checkout and charged when the order is placed. Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable, and we do not provide return labels for international orders at this time. We cannot ship gift boxes internationally.

Can I make a change to my order?
After an order has been placed, no changes can be made. Please review your order carefully when checking out.
Are items ordered guaranteed?
Our Distribution Center does their best to ship your exact order, however due to inventory availability, some items may not be sent with your order. You will be notified via email as soon as possible and refunded for items that cannot be fulfilled.
Do you reserve products added to my cart?
Due to our products' popularity, products added to your cart are not reserved until your order is shipped.
My tracking number says my order was delivered, but I cannot find my package. What do I do?
From time to time orders can be lost in transit or wrongly marked as delivered. If you believe there was an issue during transit, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and shipping address. Please note, if the order was delivered to the address provided at checkout, we cannot be held responsible for that package once it is delivered. We do not cover stolen items or offer replacements for orders that were sent to an incorrect address.
Do you offer sales and promotions?
Yes, we typically have three sales every year - an Annual Sale, Summer Sale, and Black Friday Sale. Follow us on Instagram @lakepajamas or subscribe to our newsletter for updates on promotions. Please note that our system allows for the use of only one promo code during checkout and promo codes cannot be applied to collaborations or to items on sale, gift boxes, or gift cards.

I am ordering LAKE Pajamas for a gift. How do I enclose a gift message?
Please follow the instructions during checkout to include a gift message on the packing slip. We do not offer a gift receipt option, but we do not include pricing information in any shipments so the gift recipient will not see those details.

Returns and refunds
Holiday Return Policy
LAKE is offering extended holiday returns and exchanges. All orders placed between November 15, 2023–December 15, 2023, are eligible to be returned until January 17, 2024. Additonal returns information can be found here.
Can I return or exchange items I bought during the sale?
Sale items can be returned for store credit only. No refunds or exchanges. Store credit will be issued for the purchase price. Any sale item marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
Do you price match if an item goes on sale after my purchase?
LAKE does not offer post-purchase price adjustments.

We do not offer wholesale ordering.
