Description
Woven with 37.5® Technology, BalanceKnit™ combines cooling and insulating properties to naturally regulate your temperature and help support deeper, more consistent sleep. Designed to adapt alongside your body's changing needs throughout the night, it helps you stay comfortably balanced from bedtime to morning.
The set features a short-sleeve crew-neck top and wide-leg pants with a comfortable elastic waistband. Contrast seam details throughout. Pictured in Stone Heather, a heathered light taupe with red accents. Made from 57% cotton, 38% polyester, and 5% spandex featuring 37.5® Technology.
Size and Fit
Fits true to size. Clothing should have a relaxed, comfortable fit when new. Note that garments that are a cotton blend will shrink slightly when washed. The shorts feature a 28.5” inseam. The model is 5'10" and wears a XS.
Care Guide
Care for your garment by machine washing with like colors in cold water to prevent fading. Use a mild soap on delicate cycle. Never use chlorine bleach or Oxyclean. Lay flat to dry.

Getting this new BalanceKnit set from LAKE has been a godsend after having my first baby. No one warned me about the postpartum night sweats and trouble regulating my own temperature due to hormone surges while breastfeeding! This set keeps me warm without causing me to sweat and really puts my body at the perfect temp. I'm so thankful I found!

These were great overall — I really did think the fabric had a cooling effect and were super soft. I love the wide leg and high waist pant. They did a great job regulating temperature as well. The only negatives I perceived were mostly related to cut/detailing. I didn’t love the piping on the sleeves b/c you could feel it. The waistband was also more like a sweatpant waistband vs the regular Lake waistbands that fit maybe a little thinner/less material where this was thicker. These were great and I definitely think the BalanceKnit lives up to its intended purpose!
